CohostBNB helps short-term-rental hosts manage bookings, availability, and guest communication. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you host on (for example Airbnb or Vrbo) and with local law.

Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure; magic links grant access to your account. You are responsible for the content of messages sent through the service.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use;
• No spam or unsolicited bulk messaging;
• No attempts to access other tenants' data.

Service

The service is provided "as is". We may modify or discontinue features. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction.
