    02

    You sign a one-page agreement.

  3. Days 4–10

    Onboarding visit + setup.

    A two-person Berylus team visits the property: HD photo + 360° walkthrough, smart-lock install (RemoteLock), noise monitor install (Minut), Wi-Fi monitor install, supply audit, deep clean if needed (at-cost). Listing copy drafted, dynamic pricing seeded.

  4. Days 11–14
    04

    Listings go live across channels.

    Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, Google Vacation Rentals, plus your custom direct-booking site at yourproperty.com. Truvi ID screening on every booking. AI guest replies turned on, multi-language enabled.

  5. Day 15+
    05

    You get paid; we earn it.

    Direct deposit on the 1st and 15th. Real-time owner dashboard. iOS + Android push notifications on bookings, payouts, maintenance tickets, cleaning receipts. Cancel any month with 30 days notice — same dashboard, same export, no offboarding fee.
